Frenstar can manufacture, supply, source, procure and manage valve packages with a driven to deliver approach.
We offer valve and actuator management to our clients. We specialise in providing the correct tailored solution for the project supply of manual and actuated valves. Frenstar manages lead-time projects, and shutdowns and has a large stock holding.
Our industry experience allows us to modify a valve design when required. An example is fabricating and assembling oil-filled or standard valve extension spindles. All calculations and fabrication activities are managed by the Frenstar engineering team.
Frenstar provide full in-house valve testing tailored to client specifications, whilst also hosting third party witness inspections as required.
With valves exposed to heavily corrosive conditions and saline environments appropriate coating of the product is key. Frenstar can coat valves to any specification, finish and colour, meeting NACE and NORSOK requirements as required.
Our team have dedicated expeditors to aid the management of order progressing and ensure production target milestones are met. We regularly manage large packages for major EPCs / end users and safeguard the on-time supply of all required materials.
For each specific project, we dedicate an in-house focal point Project Manager. With our close communication at kick-off stage we can assess what materials will be available and for items that are outside agreed delivery parameters, recommending suitable alternatives to the client as necessary. For hard-to-find valves that we cannot provide from our large stock inventory, we can use our global strategic partners to fulfil these valve orders.
Frenstar excels with project logistics, customs clearing and managing freight, ensuring delivery is on time, every time. Along with the client, Frenstar will perform a lessons learned analysis as part of our continuous improvement on future projects.

Our team have the extensive technical knowledge and are Butterfly valve specialists. This broad product knowledge is supported by four decades of experience since the business was started. This enables us to offer a widespread service to support our clients at each stage of the project. The in-house testing facility, along with our approved local machine shops enable us to rapidly service urgent MRO work when necessary.

Frenstar has invested comprehensively in our butterfly valve inventory to ensure we can provide valves at short notice. The expansive range we hold includes exotic materials such as SDSS, 6Mo, Al.bronze both in concentric and high performance, meaning we are the global go-to stockist. In addition, we have developed a large global supply stockist network with strategic partners resulting in Frenstar becoming the hard-to-find valve authority.

Our trusted manufacturers hold the appropriate certifications and are ISO 9001 / API audited and have long proven track records meeting Frenstar’s and the required industry high standards. We regularly audit these manufacturers on delivery and check product quality, and reliability compliance thus ensuring continuous improvement. Strict quality control procedures along with inspection reports result in a quality product, delivered on time. Our technical quality checks on all documentation ensure traceability during project execution and handover to client.
